Dissatisfied client which ain't good for business
Good day all on the 19/11/2023 Mpowa finance sent me a request for a new loan offer on their own webpage but now I have a loan from last month which they know will be deducted soon but yet they still gave me hope of getting a new loan offer in the meantime which is payable so far I haven't missed any payments for the last 7 months and this is how I'm rewarded ,so what's the use offering people loans if the one you know will go off in Amy case and that money you shall receive this month end 🤷giving people false hope so why evens make a new loan offer in the first place and I'm still waiting on my loan application

Clients are allowed to apply 7 days prior to their paydate to ensure they are given adequate time to complete their application.
As a result this ensures that once a loan is paid up we can process the new application as soon as possible.
