Dissatisfied Client at Mpowa finance

Goodmorning my name is Adrian Pearce I haven't received my payment as yet from the 24th of June 2023 and it showed paid and it also stated that I signed but Mpowa finance signed the document without my consent and it's the 26th of June 2023 and I haven't received payment ,I don't if this is a **** and if Mpowa don't pay in my money I roll file for an dispute on my app,been trying to call for an hour but nobody picking up ,thank you
