I have settled my loan but they still and went to to deducted from my account. I tried calling and sending emails no one responded

I see your Deposit was made the same day as the debit order. Please note the debit order is set with the banks 2 days prior to attempting to go off.
Therefore it couldn't be cancelled. I see refund was made the morning which the deposit showed in our bank account.
