Disgusting service received from mpowafin and ITCBA

i had the worst experience with mpowa and ITCBA, they have no sense of customer service whatsoever. my account was handed over to ITCBA , few days after i settled my account with MPOWA but ITCBA continued debiting my account for 2 month even after i brought it to their attention that they are double debiting my account , i have sent countless email and made calls without any assistance, the agent at mpowa and ITCBA are very rude, and of no help, i need my money refunded into my account ,, i hope they dont treat all their customers this way
