Disappointed longterm customer

I've been using this financial money lending service for over 1 year now. We've had an excellent rapport for this time, with no concerns or issues. It appears that the business has starting falling down the wayside, or some *******ion has began creeping into the business.

I recently took out a loan the repayment for which was due around the end of the month. However payment was then requested from me by the 22nd and I was told my account was in arrears unless I settled my account promptly on their online site via Ozow platform. This I did trusting that it would resolve the outstanding balance which it did and the site confirmed my payment and tht my account had been settled. Thereafter 3 days later they again debited money from my account of the amount I had already settled.

Now I understand it may be that the debit order hadn't been canceled on their side given that I had paid when they prompted me to via Ozow. However when I reached out to get assistance they have not answered any of my emails, nor does the phone go through when I try to get in touch with them. Essentially I have been ****med and had money ****** from me by MPOWA and have had to go directly to my bank to legally reverse the funds.
