Disappointed and unfair listing at credit agency
Mpowa Finance have listed me at credit bureau for the amount of R1400 as opening and intallment dated 30/07/2021 and i have never taken the loan for R1400 from the, they have actually drop my credit score so bad because they listed four loans on my profile in one day. Their telephone number for queries option 1 and option 3 never get answered only option 2 for new loans is answered and all the people Lelo and Milton Moyo will tell you they will tell the relevant people and you not allowed to speak to the relevant people. I am so dissappointed and yo get this kind of listting of you name is a mission.

I have sent an email with assisting with the understanding of what is on the credit record. The amount due and payable (instalment) on the loan is R 1399.61. Therefore the credit bureau shows such as R 1400. On the credit bureau, the loan taken is not listed. The amount which is repayable is listed.
Please email through the credit bureau listing for the 4 loans, so i may follow up on such.

Paymentfor the loan was R1399.62 which is paid why do i have current balance and intallment still due @ R1400.00. I want no dealing with you as company and my name removed my details from your listing no emails from your company. The wromg information on my listing has set me back big time. Credit bureau listing is done monthly and not three months listing at one go. Your company has cost me a lot and life is not easy currently for everyone.
