Debicheck
I recently enquired about a loan with you guys that was last week when I was in need of the funds, sent through my statement and waited to receive a debicheck sms or notification but nothing the whole week. Then yesterday I received a sms saying I should approve debicheck mandate for the money to be paid into my account and I did not approve a debicheck then this morning I received a notification that you guys deposited 800 in my account without me authorizing debicheck. Please take your money back as I have made other plans already and I don't need the funds. I have tried calling you the whole day but you guyz just cut my call. Please take your money back.

An email has been sent, with regards to returning of the monies.
As per the previous loan taken and communication sent, the new loan would only be processed once the existing loan was repaid.
As such, it was repaid on the 26th and then processed on the 26th.
