debicheck

I app**** for a loan, it was approved. I was asked to approve debicheck which I did and I keep getting sms saying I need to approve. This has been done. If I dont get my money and you do a debit order end of the month I will be highly ****ed off. I cannot get hold of anyone in the office on the contact number to find out what is happening.
