Customer service is not a joke... Its non existent

Made a few loans in 2021. All paid in full in time. But on my credit report, it shows as missed payment for one of the loans and the other's information is not even submitted correctly. And every EVERY time I try to contact them, I just get put on hold and they DO NOT reply to emails. The only time where these people will try and help you is when they want money. But will NOT even try to lift a finger to assist you. This is one of the worst companies in terms of service! Will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone else either. There are other much better places that can help you with less interest and much better customer service.
