Complaint

I recieved a call from an MPowa finance agent by the name of Siyabulela and he requested that I send him my 3 months bank statement to get a loan, it's been almost a month and I haven't recieved any feedback from him, I send emails and he doesn't respond, I feel I have risked my information to this man who claims to work for a financial institution, he has bridged the POPIA act and I there fore demand and explanation.
