Clear the paid debt urgently!!!!!!
I paid two loans in December 2020 and you only updated one. Now I have a debt reflecting in my profile which was SETTLED 9 MONTHS AGO!!!! A whole 3 thirds of the year, it has taken you to own up to being paid and terminate obligations.
Do you realize what inconvenience this has caused? Both confirmation letters were attached but only one was actioned.
Kindly deal this matter with urgency and update the bureau as I expect the update to reflect on the report for the 12th of August. I do not owe Mpowa a cent!
As courtesy I will again attach the proof of payment and wait for a letter to confirm that my query has been resolved and the bogus debt removed from the bureau.
