Changed my paydate without my knowledge

I app**** and took a loan, then i submitted all my documents as well as my payslip stating tthat my paydate is the 25th of each month, i stopped taking loan for about 3 months then went back again i am supposed to pay tommorow but they said my account is in arrears it was supposed to be paid on the 20th i sent an emial and then asked if they not tracking payment then got a response from Daniel who said i must ignore message, i then rep**** and asked him to change my paydate, only to go on my profile to find that my policy has lapsed due to non payment cant this people see when we get paid as they used to deduct on the 25th with no problems at all this is very discouraging.
