Can I have my paid up letter please?

I requested a paid up letter from MPOWA on the 23rd of May after paying up the account. There was no response for almost 2 weeks and I sent a reminder. The response was I must visit your website to download my paid up letter and I even asked for instructions or where to go on the site as I could not find it and after that there was no response. On the website there is only a statement and no paid up letter. How difficult is it be to send a paid up letter?
