Bad service
Good day, I paid them a few days ago and they never canceled a debicheck that went through today. So now a double payment has been made and they are the ones owing me now. I can't get hold of them when I try to make a contact to explain the situation.

When the debit order was already set at the bank prior to manual payment being made.
As a result, such couldn't be cancelled.
Refund was made the day such reflected.
