Bad customer service when payment errors are on their side.

I am beyond upset as I have used the services, I paid on the app and the amount was double than what I was supposed to pay, emailed them got no response, then 2 days after I paid on the App I got debited I have emailed them again but no response. I just need to be refunded urgently as I have now paid more than the amount I should have.
