Bad and Slow Service Thus Far.
Hi. I app**** for a loan with Mpowa a week ago if not mistaken. The app shows that I will receive sms to confirm the loan payment however I keep getting emails that I must submit my bank statements who I do all the time. I have now sent another one around 07:21 not sure and now I’ve received an email asking for my documentation of bank again. Can someone explain as to why the service is so bad and slow? Why would I receive email to submit documents that I have already submitted? What is happening with the loan? I better not have you guys under my name if I am not getting the loan I app**** for.

Original statements sent were not from Bank Stamped statements and were therefore re-requested.
Such was sent on the 17th and the application process was finalized on the 17th
