approved but still waiting

<p>app**** on the 5 of janurary applcations approved the website said same day payout was called by a lady the same day asking to upload my documents which i did they send me a contract, followed all the steps as they told me but still no payout when i phone in they take my call then put the phone down in my ear.now my concern is no longer the money because i believe they not going to do a payout but the fact that they sitting with all my private details and internet bankstatement i am going to report this to the ombudsman as the website is misleading the clients its left a very bad taste with service and the fact that they have now go all my personal details to them self this place needs to be checked out</p>
