account not updated
my account status has not been updated and its two months now i paid up the account . paid up letter was sent to legal department . this is really affecting my credit profile

We received notification of part payments in June & July 2023 from the Attorneys collecting on such, for the account which was due February 2022.
Also of the payment made in 2022 that was later Reversed/Disputed.
We will follow up on such regarding August payment with the Attorneys
