Absolutely horrible service.

Honestly, my fault for still trying to make use of Mpowa's services. Not the first time they are letting me down with their terrible customer service.

App**** for a loan 3 days ago and it is still pending approval. Nobody has made contact with me regarding it. Have been trying to call all morning and nobody answers. Must have held for about an hour in total just trying to speak to someone but they calls keep dropping. Now when I try, there is an automated message telling me that "no call operators are available".

Apart from my current loan application, I referred a friend at the start of the month. Still haven't been paid the referral commission.

Useless company. At this point I just want to speak to a real person to cancel my application, because I am gonna be very ****ed off if they approve it now when it's already too late. Horrible service. Shady company.
