Hi will this company be fair to their client as you can't get hold of them over the phone. U send email for an update on your account but no feedback.
Please they must have a way to communicate with their client.

05 May 2022, 11:25Hi it's me Precious again may i kindly have someone who will help me to get hold of Mpowa finance people.1st their landline number its going through but no one its picking up,secondly i was asked to send an email of which i did but still no reply
I had an account with this people since last year if I'm no mistaken April or may they've been receiving payment but they didn't update their system so that account shows its still in arrears while its been paid up and this affecting my credit.
I've sent proof of payment to the following email address *** as they requested it but no reply from them.
So how long should one wait for response before the matter can be sorted this is really ridiculous.I reply need this matter 2 be resolved as in yesterday.
They can send feedback on my email address *** they have all my infor hense i was an existing client.
