Very disappointing service and lack of communication.

I used this company because they promised to assist me with removing my debt review status. I was assured that the process would be handled and that I would receive updates. However, months have now passed without the promised results.

What is most disappointing is that they have now stopped communicating with me altogether. Despite waiting patiently and trying to get updates, I am no longer receiving proper responses.

I paid for a service that I expected to be completed, and I feel completely let down by the way this matter has been handled. Customers deserve honesty, transparency and regular communication, especially when money has been paid for a service.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I hope they take responsibility, communicate with their clients and resolve outstanding matters instead of simply going quiet. If you care call me on ***
