They took my funds and blocked me

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Mpili Trading.

I was contacted by a consultant who identified herself as "Pretty" (or a similar name) using the cellphone number ***. During our discussions, she informed me that I would be debited approximately R300 to R350 for the credit assistance service. However, without any prior explanation or warning, an amount of R1,064 was deducted from my account instead.

When I approached her on WhatsApp to seek clarification regarding this discrepancy, she simply read my messages and then blocked me. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I subsequently sent follow-up emails requesting an explanation and resolution, but to date I have received no response.

I even asked the person who referred me to the company to contact her on my behalf so that I could at least receive an explanation regarding the misinformation I was given. Unfortunately, there has been no feedback whatsoever.

What makes matters worse is that when signing me up, I was promised that I would receive reports the following day. It has now been over a month, and I have received absolutely nothing. I have essentially been charged over R1,000 without receiving the service that was promised.

The lack of communication, misleading information, failure to deliver on commitments, and blocking of a client who is seeking answers are all deeply concerning. As a paying customer, I expected transparency and professionalism.

I am requesting an urgent response from Mpili Trading regarding: • The discrepancy between the amount I was quoted and the amount that was deducted. • The reports and services that were promised but never delivered. • A formal explanation for the lack of communication and the consultant's conduct.

If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through the appropriate channels.

I hope Mpili Trading will take this complaint seriously and provide the accountability and resolution that any customer would reasonably expect.
