poor service

Mpilisi TS Trading / swift bridge finance. when they call first time its all nice they promise to assist but when you start paying their service fee its like ghost town but they never miss the debit order date. i was told the service fee was R5000 and i need to pay 50% so that they can start on my case also now the monee i have paid is R4000 plus sone rands but on the statement they sent they are talking about 2 payments left meaning that it will no longer be R5000 it will be more than R6000. when i call sometimes they do not even answer , they do not respond to any emails. when they finally answered the phone they only took my details and i was told they will call me back but 2 days passed waiting for the call . i also called today they took my details and they told me they will call me again they do not have ETA. you guys claim to be helping people but you put them back into debt instead of helping
