MPI Pool Covers - Poor customer service

<p>Today I contacted MPI Pool Covers in Pinelands via their website to enquire about fitting a solar pool cover. Here is my request: "Good morning, can someone please contact me. I need to fit a solar bubble cover to my pool urgently. Size = 8m x 4.7m and I am situated in Durbanville, Cape Town." I get a return mail from a gentleman with the answer "Out of stock" - that's it! No explanation of when stock is expected! So I take it they will no longer be doing pool covers as it will never be stocked again!! I fully understand that just about every pool owner in Cape Town is in the market for a pool cover and that they must be flooded, but a curteous mail with a thank you for your enquiry, but we are out of stock would not have taken that long. I challenge them to honour their customer statement as stated on their website i.e. "MPI Pool Covers pride ourselves in delivering quality service to our customers. We know just how important referal business is and us keeping our customers happy is paramount"</p>
