bad service

I went to Mphosha security services offices in Pretoria to submit death certificate for my late sister that was working there. The guy came and took a photo of the death certificate and advised us to stay they will assist us. We stayed there for two hours without any assistance the hr and receptionist was there and they couldnt help us and we asked them what exactly are waiting for only to found out that the person that needs to help us his cellphone is off. The service was very bad and the man that called us was very rude saying the will pay her bonus money and her full salary but we didnt get that when am asking that guy he said he dont know and i told him to call us back to explain and he said okay even today we didnt get any feedback he just blocked us.
