RAF matter and Health Department matter by Mpholoane Attorneys

Good day Hello Peter,

I would like to request Hello Peter to help me with regards to unfinished legal matter in relation to Road Accident Fund claim with Mpholoane Attorneys based in Johannesburg.

The Attorneys, Mr Abraham Mpholoane is the one helping me with the claim but it has been some years now hearing from him. I was involved in a critical car accident in 2014 and took this matter to Mpholoane Attorneys who lodged a claim at RAF but when always trying to call him he keeps on telling me he will come back to me but failed to come back to me.

I two years back kept on calling the Road Accident Fund to find out about my claims and was told that, they been telling my Lawyer to submit an avidavity but it's been now three years not submitting that ,I also engaged with him about that, but he keeps on saying he will call me back but he failed to do that

I last attended the Orthopedic in 2018 in Pretoria and since then I haven't hear anything from him till now

Another matter that we did not hear anything from him is my niece claim matter,Tebatso Shayi (her contacts are ***) who also gave him a mandate due to her blindness after unsuccessful operation at Letaba Hospital in Limpopo which led her to become blind. Here we wanted him as family to assist us to put a claim against the Health Department

He only booked her a one sessions with a Doctor in 2017 if not mistaken and that was the last she also heard from him

It is so frustrating

It becomes very frustrating and now I even loosing a trust and hope

I will appreciate if he can be engaged on this matter to hear why is it difficult to improve communication with me / us.
