Pathetic service

Geyser NOT heating from 28 December 2020 to date (16 January 2021). I bought brand new thermostat & element from Build It & they installed it. They were charging R1 200 for which I paid R475. It is a Quikhot product & it was sealed. Discovery claims manager & team lead never returned my calls nor emails which I have been making to them over 5 times
