Bad service
My mother had a funeral policy with them, the branch that is in Roodepoort. When we went to make a claim after she passed on on the 26th of October, it was a disaster after a disaster. First the admin lady who was helping us did not have shoes on, and she kept on assisting other people whole we were there. Okay fast forward to us asking about the add on if you want to upgrade the casket, she couldn't give us a clear amount as to how much it actually is. Then came the other guy and told us how much we bad to pay for the grave... Initially they said it costs R4500 but the following day, he said its R5100 only to find out that it costs R3400...which means they wanted to bargain r1700 ftom us without even realizing it. When we queried this with them they started giving us nightmares, telling us that now we need to pay separately for certain services like a family car, the admin lady started withholding certain services on the basis of they do not provide that anymore even a mere thing as grave marker... We had to pay separately for that. These people ****** exorbitant money from grieving families while they supposed tp be compassionate and all. The service was completely poor, it doesn't even deserve 1 star. We had to beg for everything, the decor even at the graveyard was nothing short of embarrassing.
