Refund

Me and my co-accused appointed Mr Mphafi Khang to represent us in the court of law and we agree that He will charge us R10 000 for entire case, the case prosponed 2 times and the third time when we appear in court Mr Khang app**** for us a bail which was not part of agreement and the manner he contact him self it's so unprofessional. We decided to fire Mr Khang and we ask him deducted whatever expense he may incurred then refund us the balance but He refuse. He even took our R150 that we asked him to buy for us food
