I am very very much disappointed with him

I am very very much disappointed with him. It's not even a week. He said 1 month it's free and I will only pay my 1st installment on the 25th September but now on the 25th August they were trying to debit me. And now the WiFi is not working. Even their simcard never worked. They must come get their package. I don't want it anymore.
