Motor plane

Hi. The clutch on my vehicle began to malfunction so I informed MPD1rect. I took the vehicle to the dealership as per request. Was informed from the dealer to myself and MPD1rect that it's were and tear on the clutch. And the plan does not cover wear and tear. So I took it to an RMI dealership to get it repaired. On picking up my vehicle I was told by the RMI dealer that the clutch is a mechanical failure cos it broke. So I informed MPD1RECT. They say that they didn't authorize the repair and no inspection was done price to repairs being done.
