Management continuously miscalculating salaries

I worked for MPC connect for 18 months and was retrenched in September 2020. None of my salaries were correct in the last 7 months including my last payment which was supposed to include my severance pay and pay for my leave days. Money is still owed to me and many others who no longer even work for MPC connect. In the past I have had to involve lawyers to get my money from MPC connect. I have sent emails to everyone in management. Sending emails to even the Center Manager did not make any difference. It has been more than 10days now and I have not received any feedback about correcting my salary. They make their employees beg for their money. I have even started a new job without receiving the complete amount owed to me from MPC connect.
