I worked for the Umhlanga branch under Joey my contract was terminated on the 27th of March which was unfair dismissal.Upon giving me my termination papers the UI19 form was not given to me and everytime I try to call the they drop it,from March im still waiting for it as they said they would email all my documentation.

I need all my documentation NOW as im currently unemployed with no salary as from March.
