paper pick up

Once again you have done the curbside pick up, (Weltevredenpark), but left no replacement bag. How am I supposed to put out the next lot of paper for collection? The drivers you have are an ******** bunch and I am sick of complaining only to have the system work for 2 or 3 weeks before normal service is resumed. Your company does not deserve the help of the public with the attitude of your staff.
