Bad service unreliable and bad company

I would like to complain about this company. I stay in Senaoane Soweto, the company claimed that they are the building contractors who can do their job professionally. It was last year March when they gave me a quote and I bought all the material needed. They started building and their work was so bad in such a way that my roof is worse that before. It doesn't leak BUT it pours it it like I am sitting outside. The attitude of the owner stinks. they broke my furniture. Even now they are still fixing that roof and its a year now I cant even enjoy to stay in my own house. He wants me to help him to fix the mess that he did with his people. He wants a cash from me. what a disgrace. as far as I know I don't owe that person. I PAID HIM THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT HE CHARGED ME LAST YEAR. I AM SO SO SO ANGRY.
