Disappointing experience at Mozambik Retail Crossing

On 04 June 2023 we went to Mozambik Retail Crossing to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were all fine until we had eaten at Mozambik that afternoon. During the night and the following morning 8 adults and 3 teenagers - from 4 different households - had runny stomachs and cramps.

We phoned to complain on the Monday morning and were extremely disappointed with the attitude and handling of this matter. No apology was forthcoming and the staff were on the defensive. The manner in which this matter was handled is totally unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

Incidentally, we met a couple at a get-together on 9 June 2023 and were informed that they too had runny stomachs after eating at Mozambik Retail Crossing on Friday, 2 June 2023. This is all too much of a coincidence and occurred the same weekend.

Sad that no accountability was taken here.
