Received a call about reduction of my interest on my loans of which i declined then received an sms saying i have given consent to them to access my credit report/score. Firstly they claim i agreed for them to call me of which i did not and i agreed to this ridiculous statement. I spoke to a gentleman by the name if Ray, he refused to give me his last name, he provided NCR number NCR-DC2709 and claimed he does not know their FSP number. their support number is ***
