Worst birthday lunch ever
My boyfriend decided to take me to Moyo for my birthday lunch. We were late and had the decency to call and say that we would be late. However when we arrived, instead of a warm welcome our waitir was rude telling us how late we were, how he was tired of waiting and why did we waste his time. I was beyond shocked!! We opted for the buffet which was just repulsive. No taste to the food whatsoever. Seemed more like food that had spent the night and was warmed up the next day. The fruit had a funny taste like it was left the whole night on some counter. Look if i wanted boiled ribs, we wouldnt have driven all the way from Pietermaritzburg. Another messed up thing is how the waitors kept talking about us calling my boyfriends name and talking about him while we walked right passed them from the buffet table just to mock him about us being late while the gentleman gave us dirty looks!! Then when we tipped him (i guess it wasnt up to his standard) they went on talking about us and pointing thereafer he refused to talk to us. He wouldnt answer a damn thing!!! I HAVE NEVER MUCH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL BUNCH IN MY LIFE. My bf felt like he had let me down and was sad all the way back to pmb.
