Sam: pathetic and rude Manager

Absolutely rude and pathetic manager. My friend and I went to Moyos near Ushaka Marine World to have a drink and watch the football. Upon going to the bar, the manager totally ignored us. I eventually got the waiter to take our order and requested they please change the channel to a football game we wanted to see. The waiter told us to speak to the manager as he was the one controlling the remote. I eventually got the managers attention and asked if he could change it. He rudely said he would so I proceeded to sit at our table. We waited 15 minutes and he hadnt changed the channel. We watched him from our table and at no point was he busy, even leaving the bar and not even acknowledging us. We told the waiter multiple times to ask the manager to change the channel thereafter but the waiter told us he was was too busy. We eventually approached the manager a second time and he then proceeded to tell us someone else was watching the channel that was on. A pathetic excuse at blatantly not helping a customer. I am very disappointed and will never come to Moyos again
