Poor service, poor food, no care

My girlfriend is vegetarian and knew that the options would be a little limited, so she ordered a few vegetarian starters as her main course. The mess all started when it took us asking our waiter 3 times before he'd bring her a glass of water. Her vegetarian samoosas arrived last at the table and they were ice cold. The butternut rice cakes took even longer to arrive and when they did, they were ice cold too! The manager on duty, Samson informed our waiter that he should get a fresh plate of butternut rice cakes made to sort the issue out. The waiter didn't. He merely had it 'warmed up' in the mircrowave. 'Warmed up' = cold inside, hot outside. To top this all off, I ordered a Lamb Chickpea Tagine. I couldn't eat it. It was disgusting. There was no meat. It was all bones and fat, and 5 chickpeas. My meal should've just been called Rice, fat and bone tagine. We again spoke to Samson, the manager on duty who ensured he'd call us back after chatting with his kitchen staff. It's 2 days later and he hasn't bothered to call us after we gave him our contact info. I spent the rest of the night at home dry-heaving. R400 wasted.
