misleading customers
a group of friends and I made a booking for a buffet lunch, we were initially booking for sat which was R195pp when we were told about the mothers day buffet for R285pp which included entertainment and a goody pack for the deserving mothers. the \goody pack"was supposedly a surprise and the lady we made the booking with said she herself didn't know what the gift pack contained"
