Disgusting services

Brought 8 people to Moyo Zoo lake for a lovely Sunday out. After an hour of relaxing with drinks we ordered food. We only got our next drink with cold food 2 hrs later. We were constantly looking for the waiter. When we got our drinks n food, the orders were wrong or ice cold. One cup with chips was a dirty cup full of old food. Manager offered us the buffet- was just as dissapointing- food was ice cold, over cooked and just plain terrible as it was the old food from earlier that day. I have never had such poor service and disgusting food for the prices we were willing to pay for a meal. I will never go to another Moyo again. I am literally still sitting at the table waiting for the manager to assist us with the bill. We were supposed to leave here by 15:30 and at 16:10 we are still waiting for the waiter or manager to respond. Disgusting
