Bad service at Moyo Kirstenbosch

We entered the establishment, tired from our beautiful walk. We arrived and were seated at the same time as 2 other groups. We ordered water, which we communicated as urgent as we were with a diabetic who was extremely thirsty. The group who had arrived at the same time as we did had ordered ****tails (more time consuming to prepare than bringing 3 bottles of water to our table) wich arrived before the water. Upon receiving our water, quite frustrated, we asked why the water took as long as it did and were told that the kitchen was far, yet those who arrived with/after us had already been served. We immediately placed an order for other drinks and food. By the time that ONLY our drinks had arrived the other groups who had arrived at the same time/after us had already finished their meals. This was deeply upsetting to us. This was clearly racial/disrespect. Are we not equally important? Especially since it was communicated that we had a diabetic with us. Moyo Kirstenbosch staff are completely irresponsible and ******.
