Bad Payment for services rendered

WE did work for this entity after they had received a quote which they accepted They paid a small potion after the work was completed and now have stopped answering any calls or e mails . I find this behaviour very disturbing and wonder if they would accept the same behaviour if their guests did not pay them

Totally ********* - Perhaps they are in financial difficulty . Does anyone know
