I invested money with them and have now lost about $22,000 USD because they refuse to let me withdraw my funds.When I tried to contact support, all I got was an AI chatbot that keeps promising to connect me to a live agent — but no one ever responds. I have sent multiple emails and messages, yet there has been no response or real help from anyone at MoxyAI.What’s even worse is that this platform is using paid Instagram accounts and content creators to make promotional videos and adverti*****ts, making it look like a legitimate investment app. These ads are misleading and designed to **** people out of their money.It’s been days since I reported this to them, and they have not contacted me or resolved my issue.
