Bad and dishonest service

Moxifire serviced our fire extinguishers in June 2021, we only received our certificate after having to ask for it. Worst service ever, got very, very defensive and aggressive when we inquired about a unit they sold to us, which was still under warranty, faulty and had to be replaced. Denied that they sold it to us although we have an invoice to prove it. The extinguisher was removed from our premises and never returned. Not a nice company to deal with.
