Lack of Management and Services

I came here since 7-am and I'm still here at 9:30 unattended by doctors. Since I got here, I was mistreated by nurses who had noooo way of deliverance in the way they spoke to me. Im 9 months pregnant and I have a very bad flu where im even blood streaks on nasal mucus and through the mouth. I had trouble sleeping due to a high temperature and sweating through the night and when I woke up I read how dangerous flu can be for my unborn baby and myself as a pregnant lady. This is my first pregnancy so I took it serious and ran to hospital all to find a nurse with a very cold response, that this is not a hospital for flu, and that the way im dressed (warm) and what I was saying (explaining my symptoms) doesn't make sense, dont know if she was implying that im lying or that I'm just not intelligent to wear warm. After that she dismissed to go change like she was talking to her child.I was so offended and I mean, we pregnant ladies are emotional and under stress already and then you encounter such behaviour, from another woman. Its disgusting. I cried, they heard me and didnt give a damn. As of now its almost 10, the doctors were here chatting in a group and then left, every now and then they walk in on their phones and leave us unattended. Even the nurses are complaining in their language like they are scared to say something. I wonder and I really wonder who is responsible for making sure people are at their best behavior and attending to people promptly. Its sickening to see this. I heard good things about this hospital and was happy to tranfer here but im scared of this. I'm very concerned
