Inhumane treatment and bad service at Mowbray Maternity Hospital

How is it that nobody responds to these mothers that are having such horrific experiences? I think we should take it to Carte Blanch or Fixit so that the problem can be investigated and these issues resolved. This is clearly not in line with our Constitution...
