Disgusted

I am appalled by the negligence of this hospital. Horrible experience I have received in my entire existence. I miscarried twins at this hopsital on the 13th of July 2021 , the placenta was stuck and they manually "removed" it at theatre or so i thought. I was discharged by the 16th of July 2021 and 2 weeks later I was cramping so hard and bleeding uncontrollably, large clots were coming out .. yesterday i went back to mowbray and i find a very rude lady at admissions who told me that there is nothing they can do for me even after i explained about the placenta and being worried it might not have been completely removed. My clothes were soaked in my own blood could hardly move. The lady told me to go to Groote Schuur , thats when they did a scan and discovered Mowbray Doctors did not clean me. They didnt removed the after birth , i was shocked. And i am greatly disgusted, ontop of all the trauma i was gping through this added to it. This hopsital is disgusting and the staff oh my goodness even worse.
