What a shame you tripped over reception etiquette

Arrived an hour early for the Night Spa treatments as the evening traffic from Rosebank is **********. At reception the sales person was busy counting products and ignored us yes literally ignored us as we stood at the counter. I walked in and was greeted further in. I advised that we were early and wanted to sit in the garden to read. The brief storm had just abated. The lady welcomed us and offered us drinks. As soon as we were seated another lady Ginny stormed over and asked for our names. She barked that we were early and drinks would for our account until 18h00. The tea arrived with cold milk after I asked for hot milk. By the time the hot milk arrived the tea was cold. Night spa is a pamper after a long day and awful traffic. A poor reception is definitely not what I expected. Hope the treatments sooth my frazzled nerves.
